Orders and payments

When you order the Pocket Litter direct, we use your name, email, organization, shipping address and order details to invoice and fulfill the order. Card payment is handled by Stripe, our payment processor, which collects your card details and billing information under its own privacy policy. When you buy from an authorized reseller, that reseller’s privacy policy applies. Form submissions on this site are delivered to us by email through a form service protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is submitting.

With whom we share your information

We do not share your personal information with others except as indicated in this Privacy Policy or when we inform you and give you an opportunity to opt out. We may share information with service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, shipping, email delivery and website analytics, and we may disclose information in response to legal process or to protect the rights, property or safety of our company, our users, or others.

Do Not Track Disclosure

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. We are committed to providing you with meaningful choices about the information we collect. However, we do not currently recognize or respond to any DNT signals, as the Internet industry works toward defining a common approach to responding to DNT.

Children’s privacy

Although our Service is a general audience Service, we restrict the use of our service to individuals age 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under the age of 13.

Visiting our Service from outside the United States

If you are visiting our Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated.
