Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping

• Orders ship within the continental United States within 3 to 5 business days after payment is received.
• Shipping within the continental United States is included in the price of the Pocket Litter.
• For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States, contact us for a quote before ordering.
• You will receive tracking information when your order ships.

Returns

• You may return an unused Pocket Litter, in its original condition with its carry bag, within 30 days of delivery.
• The buyer pays return shipping.
• To start a return, send us a message or email otis@pocketlitter.us with your name and order details, and we will send return instructions.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
• A Pocket Litter that has been used in training or in the field is not eligible for return. Defects are covered by the warranty below.

1-year limited warranty

Pocket Litter, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that the Pocket Litter will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery.

• What we will do: if a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the Pocket Litter, at our option, at no charge.
• How to make a claim: contact us or email otis@pocketlitter.us with your order details, a description of the problem and photos. Do not send the product back until we give you return instructions.
• What is not covered: normal wear and tear; damage from misuse, abuse, accident, alteration or improper care; use beyond the product’s stated specifications, including loads over the 400 lb maximum tested load; and use in technical rope, high-angle or vertical rescue.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Any implied warranties are limited to the one-year duration of this written warranty, to the extent the law allows. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so that limitation may not apply to you.

Government and agency orders

Government purchase orders, Government Purchase Card (GPC) payments and federal tax-exempt orders are accepted. Shipping, acceptance and warranty terms for government and agency orders may be set by the purchase order or contract. Request a quote to start.
